2015 was a year shaped by many lessons learned for the Organization. Henceforth, the World Health Organization (WHO) now looks ahead not only to retain a vigilant focus and to evolve an improved system for the prevention and management of disease outbreaks but also to work with the Government and partners in transitioning from Ebola to Health and building a strong and resilient public health system.
